board members have significant experience in local government

Ms. Aspinall serves as Vice President for Business
and Administration and Treasurer for Claremont McKenna College
(CMC), a private not-for-profit college located in Claremont,
California. For the previous 17 years, Ms. Aspinall held the
position of Controller and Associate Treasurer for Pomona College,
also a private non-for-profit college located in Claremont,
California. While at Pomona College, Ms. Aspinall also served
as Treasurer of Padua Hills Management Corporation. Ms. Aspinall's
current responsibilities at CMC include overseeing the budget
and other financial activities, and all facilities planning
and maintenance.

Ms. Landa has over eleven years of experience in municipal
government, redevelopment, and public affairs in public and
private sector organizations. For the past two years she
has worked for Arellano and Associates, a public communications
and planning consulting firm. Prior to that, Ms. Landa worked
for the City of Anaheim in charge of downtown development
and
on citywide projects including Sportstown, "Edison Field" and
the Disneyland resort area. Active in community service Ms.
Landa has served as a Board Member for the Rancho Cucamonga
Youth Accountability Board; Vice-Chair of the Rancho Cucamonga
Library Board of Trustees; Board Member and Chairman of the
Community Baptist Church and as a member of the Missions
Task Force of the Community Baptist Church.

Mr. McDougal has been the City Manager and Redevelopment
Agency Executive Director for the City of Montclair, in Montclair,
California since 1992. In this position, Mr. McDougal serves
as the Chief Executive Officer of a full-service city and redevelopment
agency managing and supervising all operations of city staff
and police and fire personnel. Mr. McDougal is an active member
of his community and has held board positions in thirteen education-,
housing-, public safety-, and service-oriented philanthropic
organizations such as the University of California at Riverside
Alumni Association, Montclair Kiwanis Club, Mt. Baldy United
Way and the West End Communications Authority. Mr. McDougal
is an elected Governing Board Member of the Chaffey Community
College District.

Mr. Limon serves as Regional Vice President for Gambro Healthcare,
a global leader in renal replacement therapy providing kidney
dialysis treatment. Prior to his current position, Mr. Limon
was President/General Manager for various Southern California
medical products companies. |
