Mr. Britt has 19 years of experience in municipal government, redevelopment, and public affairs in public and private sector organizations. For the past 13 years he has worked for Arellano and Associates, a public communications and planning consulting firm. |

Gary Limon is the Group Vice President of Corporate Development for DaVita. He joined DaVita as a result of the acquisition of Gambro Healthcare in 2005. DaVita is a Fortune 500 company and the Nation's leader in kidney care. DaVita serves approximately 115,000 patients in over 1500 clinics across America. Prior to DaVita, he spent 5 years with Gambro Healthcare as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Western United States. Gary has been an executive in the healthcare field for 30 years has served as President/General Manager of several Southern California medical products companies before entering the kidney care services business.

Mr. McDougal has been the City Manager and Redevelopment Agency Executive Director for the City of Montclair, in Montclair, California since 1992. In this position, Mr. McDougal serves as the Chief Executive Officer of a full-service city and redevelopment agency managing and supervising all operations of city staff and police and fire personnel. Mr. McDougal is an active member of his community and has held board positions in thirteen education-, housing-, public safety-, and service-oriented philanthropic organizations such as the University of California at Riverside Alumni Association, Montclair Kiwanis Club, Mt. Baldy United Way and the West End Communications Authority. Mr. McDougal is an elected Governing Board Member of the Chaffey Community College District.

Suzanne Taylor serves as Augusta's Executive Director. Ms. Taylor has eighteen years of experience in finance, economic development, redevelopment, affordable housing and public communications serving both private and public sector clients. Over the last eight years, Ms. Taylor has been involved in over seventeen mobilehome park projects and has represented local governments, housing consultants, financial advisors, and park owners. In addition to her current role as Executive Director for Augusta Homes, Ms. Taylor represents the City of Irvine as Oversight Agent for the Meadows Mobile Home Park, a $29 million financing and the City of Palm Springs for the Sahara Mobilehome Park, a $9.3 million financing.
Vanessa Hatch is Augusta’s Resident Liaison and Compliance Officer. Ms. Hatch has a background in county and city government and more recently, as a teacher for the City of Chino Hills. Ms. Hatch specializes in human service programs and is responsible for affordability and program compliance efforts.
Augusta Homes' legal counsel is Goldfarb and Lipman, a leading San Francisco law firm in the field of real estate law, with special strengths in affordable housing, redevelopment and municipal law.
Vavrnik, Trine and Day Company, a Rancho Cucamonga accounting firm with an emphasis on public finance, provides audit and general accounting services for Augusta Homes.
